Yes, wherever you are, we can deliver, as we use internationnal shipping companies like FEDEX of DHL for our deliveries.

What is the shipping cost ?

The shipping cost depends of your location.
From the checkout page, the shipping cost will be automatically caclulated based on your delivery address.
We offer free shipping for orders over $99.

Is your tea organic ?

Absolutely.
We only source tea plantations that use strict organic farming practices and are not located in polluted area, or close to cities.
No addititives, chemicals products free, no pesticides, if you were looking for 100% natural tea, you came to the right place.

How can I pay ?

We use PayPal as payment solution, which is the most secure and most well-known payment system for online purchase.
PayPal processes our credit card payments because their security features and buyer protection are second to none.
You do not need an account to choose the PayPal option, all you need is a valid credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

What is your shipping delay ?

We need from 24h to 48h to prepare and ship your order.
After your order is reading for shipping, we will send you by email a tracking number so you will be able to monitor the delivery online.
Then, the shipping company (usually FEDEX or DHL) will need about 4 business days to ship the parcel from our facility to your door.

Do you do wholesale ?

Yes, we do. We often sell to wholesalers, retaillers or teahouses.

Our office are located in the city of Taipei, Taiwan in the heart of Asia.

Our plantations are located all over Taiwan, in country side, away from urban area.

Thanks to its climate and its history, the formosa island products a lot of differents type of tea, from green tea to black tea, and of course the famous Oolong tea.

Furthermore, pollution is very low here, especially if you compare to other “tea” countries like India, Bangladesh or Mainland China.
